We have had a service contract with Metro for many years. Their
reliable and friendly customer service is second to none. During the recent cold snap, we were out of town. Naturally, our furnace chose
that time to quit working. I called Metro on a holiday weekend, they
have an answering service when no one is in the office. Got a return
call less than an hour later. Gary, the owner, came out himself to get
the furnace going again. They made several trips to our house, and
by the next day, installed a new furnace. Gave us peace of mind to know they would take care of everything in sub-zero temperatures!
As always, they completed all the work and left the house clean and warm. We are grateful for all that Gary, Jim, and Matt did to help us.
