Excellent service and price! I came home from vacation in December to a 49 degree house. Called Metro and they scheduled me for the next day, sent a very friendly tech (my apologies but I don't recall his name) and they got me squared away. Unfortunately my HVAC needed the guts rebuilt, but they went and got the parts, installed it the same day. I was back to normal by 9pm. Use this company, you won't regret it!Danny Mayo Jr.Powell, OH

Regular service & maintenance from Metro helped us to get a few more years out of our old system. Eventually our A/C did give out (this summer); Metro did a great job of installing our new system, & ensuring all the details were attended to. Special shout out to Jim! Thank you!!

My AC went out when we had consecutive 90+ degree days and the company I had been using said it would be more expensive to try and fix then replace and quoted me a price, which I felt was way out of line. Metro Comfort was highly recommended to me and when I looked them up and they had fantastic reviews. I called on a Monday, and even though they were busy Jim Frey came out the same day, quoted, (which was $2,100 cheaper then the other quote I got), me and I was able to get a new AC the next day.I would highly recommend Metro Comfort to anyone.
